Payment: ( non Wedding)

A Non—Refundable, Non Transferable deposit of 

$ 100.00  is required to confirm our services.

A  Final Payment of all charges will be required five (5) Business days prior to your event. We accept Cash, Cashier Check, Personal Check as final Payment. All returned Checks will be subjected to $ 35.00 Charge.

 Payment for Weddings

A Non—Refundable, Non Transferable deposit of 

50%   is required to confirm our services.

A  Final Payment of all charges will be required Fourteen (14) Business days prior to your event. We accept Cash, Cashier Check, Personal Check as final Payment. All returned Checks will be subjected to $ 35.00 Charge.





Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation, Imperial’s Catering will retain all deposits made by the parties booking services as liquidated damages. Should cancellation occur within five days (5) of the event date, the parties booking the services will be responsible for seventy—five percent (75%) of the final bill.

Guarantee:

A guaranteed minimum number of Guest and any Changes of Menu are due five  (5) Business Days before your event. This number is not subjected to reduction , but maybe increased. If the actual number of guest in attendance falls below the guaranteed number, you will be obligated for the balance, based on the guaranteed minimum requirements.
